You can always use an excellent third-party program called "blini!" -- available from www.psxemu.com to change that.
blini! is software that lets you edit your bleem!.ini file -- and while we don't officially support, nor endorse it, *I* personally think it's AWESOME and well worth the download.

That ini file has NOTHING to do with that games work and what games don't. All it does it tell Bleem! the games status. It is not like the UltraHLE ini file.

Sounds fun.....but I think I found the problem. I tried to run blini and it said that a required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found...is that bad? Can anyone send that to me? Or is it on some site?

I tried blini! and its pretty cool. It does allow you to do some usefull things with the ini file.
